T-Online, Germany’s largest online network and operator of portals like t-online.de and fussball.de, faced slow, error-prone internal workflows as teams iterated designs and sent artwork back and forth by email. To speed up collaboration and reduce misunderstandings during Kanban- and Scrum-driven cycles of drafting, coordination and redrafting, T-Online adopted Conceptboard as a centralized, online collaboration tool.
Conceptboard provided a shared digital workspace where drafts and interim results are collated, annotated and discussed in real time, so teams can connect from anywhere and new versions are immediately available for implementation. According to T-Online, using Conceptboard has cut down the “numerous ambiguous emails,” tightened cross-team collaboration and made the review-to-implementation cycle faster and more productive.
