LBBW, Germany’s largest state bank with around 11,000 employees, needed a single central tool to support collaborative work across locations and in hybrid and virtual settings. The bank wanted to replace multiple scattered applications and improve joint concept development, workshop facilitation, and coordination, while also meeting strict security and accessibility requirements. LBBW chose Conceptboard to support these needs.

Conceptboard was implemented as a bank-wide collaboration platform for whiteboards, documents, Kanban boards, voting, and workshop facilitation. According to LBBW, the tool is intuitive, secure, and easy to adopt, and it spread quickly across the organization. After just six months, LBBW had already reached the number of active users it had originally expected only after a year, showing strong adoption and a clear productivity boost.
