How the KfW Bank is motivating their employees for Conceptboard

KfW, one of the world’s leading development banks, needed a way to introduce Conceptboard across a large, international organization while ensuring employees were trained and ready to use the new collaboration tool effectively. The challenge was driving adoption, building confidence, and supporting both German and international teams in learning a new digital way of working.

Conceptboard helped KfW roll out beginner and advanced training, weekly Q&A sessions, self-learning materials, and English-language training for international locations. As a result, employee acceptance was high, demand for support dropped after a few months, and Conceptboard became KfW’s first company-wide collaboration tool, enabling faster workshops, easier follow-up, better knowledge retention, and less paper use.
