How HOK uses Conceptboard to inspire creativity in its customers

HOK, a global design, architecture, engineering and planning firm with 23 offices across three continents, needed a better way to support its early-stage pitching, visioning, and collaborative design work. Traditional PowerPoint presentations and siloed design tools made it harder to present ideas in a dynamic, non-linear way and to collaborate effectively with a global team.

Using Conceptboard, HOK created interactive client presentations and shared Illustrator-based design files on a limitless digital workspace for asynchronous feedback. Conceptboard helped the team keep projects moving across time zones, with sticky notes and comments supporting remote collaboration and a more connected design process. The result was a more flexible, visual, and efficient way to generate and refine ideas, though no specific numeric metrics were provided.
