Missouri University of Science and Technology struggled with an outdated events calendar that was difficult for staff to manage and frustrating for students to use. With the old system, events couldn’t be edited after publishing, search was ineffective, the submission form was too long, and only a small share of visitors used the calendar to discover campus activities. Concept3D’s Localist Events platform was brought in to improve the online events experience.

The result was a faster submission process, less frustration for users, and stronger engagement with campus events, helping Missouri S&T increase event traffic while reducing the time required to post events.
