Concept3D provided an interactive digital map and wayfinding solution to create a single source of information across the COTA mobile app, website, and print materials.

Concept3D delivered a mobile web interactive map that could be updated quickly right up until gates opened, helping streamline communication and reduce staff workload. The solution supported over 50,000 searches and directions for food, water, and beverages, plus 30,000 more for venues details like entrances, admissions, and parking, giving Circuit of the Americas valuable usage data to improve future events.
