ComQi’s Cloud-based CMS Platform Allows iConnect to Scale Globally

iConnect, a Finnish digital signage provider serving multinational companies and public service organizations, needed a way to scale beyond custom CMS setups. As its projects grew, the company was forced to manage multiple SaaS products, legacy systems, and microservices, creating data flow issues and operational complexity. ComQi provided a cloud-based CMS solution, EnGage, to help unify these environments.

ComQi implemented its EnGage digital signage content management system, which gave iConnect a single cloud platform with flexible integrations, real-time data feeds, and broad scheduling capabilities. The result was streamlined operations and the ability to scale globally across many use cases, including Hartwall Arena in Helsinki, where iConnect used EnGage with 250 screens for video walls, live streaming, entertainment, and guest guidance. With ComQi, iConnect also expanded into production and logistics integrations, mobile apps, menu updates, emergency broadcasts, and customer experience consulting.
