ComQi Helps CTM Media Bring The Fun to Interactive Hospitality Displays

CTM Media Group, a leader in tourism and hospitality marketing, wanted to turn its VisitorFun online database and brochure stands into an interactive digital experience for hotel and visitor locations. The challenge was to use the same content source for both its website and digital signage without creating and maintaining a second database, while improving engagement for travelers with richer media and easier access to local attractions.

ComQi helped CTM Media Group implement 32” and 42” touchscreen displays powered by ComQi’s EnGage CMS and API tools, enabling real-time distribution of HTML5 content across many locations. The solution delivered curated listings, images, video, multilingual content, mobile sharing, and booking features, with proactive monitoring for uptime even in unreliable network environments. By fiscal 2019, more than 400 screens had been deployed and used over 4.3 million times, helping CTM Media engage tourists more effectively across premier hotel and travel venues.
