Dashing, an Australia-based design, print, and technology company, needed a more immersive in-store customer experience for its client Laser Clinics, replacing dated lightbox displays across more than 150 locations. The challenge was to modernize the customer journey from storefront to treatment rooms with personalized, localized content. Dashing partnered with ComQi, using its EnGage cloud-based content management system and media players to support the rollout.
ComQi enabled Dashing to deploy scheduled local and national content across multiple clinic locations and time zones from a single browser-based platform, with remote monitoring and no digital signage downtime. The solution helped Laser Clinics deliver dynamic screens, promote services and providers, and personalize content in lobbies and treatment rooms. While no hard metrics were provided, Dashing said the ability to schedule content down to the treatment-room level was a game-changer.
