How AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario) leveraged POSSE ABC as an enterprise solution to streamline regulation and online services for liquor control, gaming, horse racing, and recreational cannabis

AGCO, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, needed to modernize how it delivers licensing, registration, enforcement, and customer services across liquor, gaming, horse racing, and cannabis. To reduce regulatory burden, improve online service delivery, and give field staff real-time access to information, AGCO launched its Regulatory Assurance Solution (RAS) initiative using Computronix’s POSSE ABC COTS+ software.

Computronix implemented the multi-phase solution, delivering the iAGCO customer portal, a staff back-office portal, mobile enforcement, reporting, dashboarding, and business intelligence capabilities, along with training, integration, and support. The transformation enabled AGCO to complete all major online service offerings, support remote work during COVID-19, and quickly adapt to cannabis legalization; however, the case study does not provide measurable outcome figures, as the listed portal-user and satisfaction metrics appear as zeros.
