ELF Cosmetics, which grew out of the fast-scaling Justin Allen business, needed a system that could keep up with rapid growth, complex warehouse operations, and customer expectations. Its existing computer system was not able to support the expanding warehouse and order volume, prompting the company to look for a better solution. ComputerCare was selected after the customer reviewed references and live demonstrations using real data.

ComputerCare implemented software and warehouse process improvements, including a bin location system and “wave” pullsheets to improve picking, transfers, and flow-rack handling. The result was a highly efficient operation that let ELF Cosmetics run a $40–$50 million business with only 24 warehouse employees, while also making inventory counts much easier and more accurate. ComputerCare continues to support ELF Cosmetics with financial systems, inventory drawdowns, and EDI, integrated with its e-commerce platform.
