Supermajor Oil and Gas Company, one of the world’s seven supermajors, needed support across multiple business areas to improve logistics visibility, refining compliance, upstream planning, and operational scheduling. CTG implemented process analysis, system design, governance, change management, and mobile field technology improvements across logistics, refining, and upstream operations. The results included over $700,000 in annual controllable cost savings in logistics, about 500 man hours saved per refinery audit, 60% staffing savings in global exploration planning, a 3-5% annual improvement in operational work backlog, and more than 8,000 field staff hours saved each year across 21 processing units.
