CHRISTUS Relies on CTG for Project Leadership and Support for Enterprise HR and Payroll Implementation

CHRISTUS Health, one of the largest Catholic health systems in the U.S., needed to centralize payroll and HR operations across eight regions and dozens of facilities after a challenging rollout of ADP Comprehensive Outsourcing Services (ADP COS). The organization lacked daily project oversight and team management during the first year of implementation and turned to CTG for help stabilizing the effort and supporting an enterprise-wide HR and payroll standardization initiative.

CTG provided full-time project leadership, future-state design facilitation, production support, and a dedicated Kronos v6.3 reimplementation team, while also rebuilding 29 interfaces and assisting with vendor contract negotiations. As a result, CHRISTUS successfully implemented Kronos and advanced the ADP COS go-live, with estimated savings of about $24 million over seven years and an additional $2 million from contract negotiations.
