Bridgestone Relies on CTG to Implement CRM Online

Bridgestone Europe, part of Bridgestone Corporation, needed to replace an aging Salesforce Automation system that could not support its future CRM requirements or the company’s harmonized European sales process. The company selected Microsoft CRM as the new platform and partnered with Computer Task Group (CTG) to support the “SalesBridge” initiative, aimed at improving operations, sales efficiency, and collaboration across teams.

Computer Task Group implemented the new sales process in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, added Resco Mobile CRM for offline access, and integrated the solution with Bridgestone’s on-site ERP systems using CTG’s Azure framework. CTG also delivered a custom MAP application to optimize visit scheduling. The rollout reached about 800 users in more than 30 countries, giving sales teams a 360-degree customer view, stronger dashboard reporting, and mobile access that eliminated the need to return to the office for administrative work.
