TexasBank, a CSI Meridian.NET core processing customer since 1985, recognized the growing need to offer mobile banking services to remain competitive and retain customers. Computer Services Inc (CSI) provided its mobile banking app and mobile remote deposit capture solution. This allowed TexasBank customers to perform a variety of transactions from their devices. The results were significant; a targeted campaign helped the bank gain over 3,000 new accounts and $30 million in new deposits. Furthermore, mobile deposits grew enormously from $11,000 to $250,000 within an eight-month period.
