Paducah Bank boosts revenue and secures 32% of McCracken County market with CSI

Paducah Bank, a locally owned bank in Kentucky, sought to forge new customer relationships and tap into additional revenue streams outside of its immediate geographic area. To accomplish this, the bank partnered with vendor Computer Services Inc (CSI) to enhance its suite of treasury management services, including tools for risk management.

Computer Services Inc implemented its integrated treasury management solutions, such as Positive Pay and ACH Protection, which work directly with the bank's core processing platform. This provided customers with improved efficiency, security, and fraud protection. As a result, Paducah Bank saw a substantial increase in revenue and was able to build stronger, "stickier" relationships with its commercial clients.
