The Claxton Bank, a community bank in Claxton, Georgia, needed to replace the core system it had used for 27 years as banking became increasingly digital. Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) implemented its NuPoint core processing platform and supported the bank through a highly coordinated “digital transformation.” CSI worked alongside the bank’s internal teams during planning, go-live, and post-conversion support, helping streamline account opening from 45 minutes to 5–10 minutes. Within two days, 44% of customers were actively using the new banking app, and mobile wallet adoption also accelerated quickly.
