Riverview Bank nearly doubles fee income with Computer Services, Inc.

Riverview Bank faced the challenge of managing overdraft coverage through an inconsistent, manual process where individual branches made their own decisions. The solution from CSI replaced the bank's manual process with a centralized, data-backed system that sets overdraft limits based on an account holder's ability to repay. This resulted in a nearly doubling of fee income year over year, added over $30M in purchasing power, and recovered 99.3% of negative balances. CSI's solution also improved fairness, reduced operational inconsistency, and provided stronger compliance alignment.
