Adams-Burch, a Washington DC-based wholesale supplier of food service equipment and furnishings, needed a better way to move product data from its Infor SX.e ERP system into its ecommerce site. The daily process had become a full-time job for one employee, and the company wanted to improve both efficiency and the online shopping experience.

Adams-Burch selected eCommerce21 from Computer Pundits Corporation to replace its existing storefront application and create a direct integration with Infor SX.e. With the system’s dynamic PIM, the company eliminated the full-time data management role, improved site usability, and gained the ability to add hundreds of thousands of non-stock items and produce limited edition and mini catalogs.
