Leading Global Bank - Customer Case Study

The Computer Merchant (TCM) supported Leading Global Bank, a global financial institution with more than 200 years of experience, as it faced the challenge of managing a large-scale Tier 3 MPLS and strategic data center migration across a broad enterprise environment. The bank needed specialized IT staffing and project support to execute a complex rollout across multiple campus sites and data centers.

TCM deployed multiple teams of IT consultants, using its web-based project management platform, TCM ProjectDeploy, to plan, track, and report on the engagement. The teams delivered network design testing, certification, Cisco equipment installation and configuration, documentation, and ongoing project management across 114 campus sites and six data centers over 15 months. The project was completed on schedule and under budget, earning TCM additional work from the bank.
