IT.Niedersachsen, the central IT service provider for the state of Lower Saxony, faced the challenge of increasing cyber threats and a lack of a unified framework for resilience across its complex organization. Computacenter assessed the organization's current resilience maturity and then designed an integrated target architecture and a detailed transformation program. The solution included a four-year roadmap for prioritization and governance. As a result, IT.Niedersachsen gained a transparent and actionable resilience plan, enabling them to set cross-departmental standards and begin establishing a Resilience Center of Excellence.
