Computacenter helps audio specialists Sennheiser implement modern collaboration infrastructure that inspires creative teamwork

The audio specialist Sennheiser sought to enhance collaboration between its international project teams at its new Innovation Campus. To support its goal of developing more customer-oriented products, the company needed a modern communication infrastructure to replace its existing, largely email-based systems. Vendor Computacenter was engaged to implement a solution built on Microsoft Office 365, including Skype for Business and Outlook.

Computacenter implemented a flexible, software-based telephony and collaboration solution that allowed employees to work from any workstation on the campus. The results included significantly improved communication and more efficient teamwork, with teams taking full advantage of the new system's multimedia features. This partnership has enabled Sennheiser to focus on innovation, and they continue to work with Computacenter on further modernizing their IT, including a planned move to a hybrid cloud solution.
