Civil Aviation Authority migrates 1,020 users to Windows 10 with Computacenter

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) needed to migrate from Windows 7 to Windows 10 as a platform to fully exploit Microsoft 365, improve security, and minimize disruption for future upgrades. They sought a partner for the design and build of both Windows 10 and Microsoft SCCM, as well as to procure and deploy new workplace devices or upgrade existing ones.

Computacenter led the design and build of Windows 10 to NCSC standards and the design and build of SCCM. They deployed Windows 10 to a pilot group and then to over 1,000 employees, adapting their methods for the COVID-19 pandemic. Computacenter delivered outcomes including hardware consolidation, improved productivity and sustainability, increased security, standardization, and support for the CAA's digitalization.
