Ageas Insurance Limited was facing high costs and inefficiency from its resource-intensive device provisioning process for its 2,500 UK employees. The customer sought a new partner and was interested in trialing Microsoft Autopilot for a zero-touch deployment solution. They approached Computacenter to demonstrate a proof of concept.

Computacenter, in partnership with Microsoft, delivered a proof of concept at no upfront cost. They configured Microsoft Autopilot to automatically deploy policies and applications to test devices. The solution proved successful, building a device ready for use within 30 minutes with no engineer intervention. As a direct result of the successful proof of concept, Computacenter won the hardware procurement business from Ageas and is now viewed as a strategic partner.
