Urology Practice Sees Integrated, Customizable CGM APRIMA EHR as a Win for Their Patients

Marshall Urology & Continence Center, a one‑physician specialty practice serving Northeast Alabama and the Tennessee Valley, faced stiff regional competition and growing operational strain from paper charts and an inflexible practice‑management system. Limited customization, difficulty producing reports, mounting storage needs, and the risk and cost of physically transporting charts between main and satellite offices made a modern integrated EHR/PM both necessary and urgent.

The practice implemented the integrated, customizable CGM APRIMA EHR/PM, tailoring templates to the physician’s workflow and using its bi‑directional lab interface and scanning to centralize records.
