Regional Women's Health Management implements CGM LABDAQ ahead of schedule for 110 OB/GYN physicians

The customer, Regional Women's Health Management, LLC (also known as Axia Women's Health), faced the significant challenge of managing laboratory orders and results for a large network of 110 OB/GYN physicians and 40 mid-level providers across 45 locations. The laboratory manager needed to integrate diverse systems to keep the entire organization synchronized. CompuGroup Medical implemented its CGM LABDAQ laboratory information system to address this need.

CompuGroup Medical successfully interfaced CGM LABDAQ with the practice management and billing systems, as well as two national reference laboratories, completing the project ahead of schedule. The solution's extensive routing rules allowed the lab to efficiently direct tests to the appropriate billing or reference laboratory. The results included 54 workstation licenses, 15 EHR interfaces, and over 120 users, all supported by a system praised for its ease of use and stability, which led to very limited support needs.
