Family Practice Sees Dramatic Improvement in Account Receivables with ARIA RCM Services

La Joya’s Neighborhood Doctor is a family practice in Mission, TX led by Dr. Norma Cavazos that had relied on CGM eMDs for many years. By 2016 the practice was struggling with an underperforming billing company and “money left on the table,” so the practice administrator explored CGM eMDs’ Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to improve cash flow and billing accuracy.
