Toronto Catholic District School Board delivers 12,000 devices in 3 weeks with Compugen

The Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) faced the immense challenge of transitioning its 91,000 students to remote learning in less than three weeks due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The board needed to quickly procure, configure, and deliver thousands of devices to students while also training its 10,000 teachers on how to effectively use online education platforms like Google Classroom. Compugen sourced 5,000 needed devices and imaged a total of 12,000 Chromebooks for direct delivery to students' homes, all within the tight deadline. Simultaneously, Compugen helped ensure the IT infrastructure was secure and provided help desk support, enabling a successful system-wide rollout.
