A Compugen Case Study
A major Canadian gaming and entertainment operator faced significant friction in its guest loyalty program sign-up process, leading to long queues and stretched staff. They had underutilized tablets but lacked a scalable, guest-friendly kiosk solution to deploy them across multiple properties. Partnering with Compugen, they sought a custom solution that could meet tight fiscal deadlines and complex operational, branding, and ergonomic requirements.
Compugen orchestrated the solution by sourcing a new partner, imageHOLDERS, to design and build 37 custom, secure kiosk enclosures for the existing tablets. The solution included both floor-standing and countertop models with modular branding. The deployment was completed on time, immediately reducing guest wait times and exceeding engagement expectations. A subsequent mobile kit enhancement further improved accessibility and reduced bottlenecks. The project's success established a platform for a wider rollout and delivered a strong return on investment for the customer.
