The partnership reduced costs, improved end-user productivity, and delivered stronger service levels; CompuCom successfully migrated 273 physical servers and 134 virtual servers to a new data center while meeting SLAs, and the service desk maintains more than 90% first call resolution on roughly 12,000 monthly calls.
