Working with CompuCom Systems Inc, the company looked for a way to better align IT with business priorities while meeting rising expectations for consumer-grade support.
CompuCom Systems Inc implemented its Innovation Delivery Framework (IDF) across services including Service Desk and Global Operations Center, using innovation workshops, a roadmap, and gainsharing to prioritize cost-saving and service-improvement projects. The effort delivered more than $1.9 million in gross savings and $1.3 million in net savings over three years, cut IT costs by another 5.5% in year two and 3% in year three, and improved the user experience index from 58 to 62.
