American Coffee Company, the world’s largest coffeehouse chain, needed immediate IT recovery support after its Seattle headquarters were severely damaged by a major earthquake in 2001. The result was consistently exceeded SLAs, improved service levels and response times, better asset visibility and inventory management, optimized end-user productivity, and reduced IT support costs, leading the customer to renew with a five-year agreement in 2014.
