With Compt, Nextdoor implemented a global wellness stipend through a single, easy-to-use platform to house, track, and approve perk requests. Compt helped Nextdoor expand its benefits to employees in 8 countries, broaden offerings to more than 20 health and wellness categories, and achieve 90% employee engagement, with nearly 90% of employees regularly using their Compt perks.
