SitelogIQ, which supports school districts and organizations with facility assessments, faced a challenge with its deeply manual and unsustainable processes. Compoze Labs co-created a flexible system over three years, which included a Facility Assessment Tool and a Capital Planning Tool. The solution replaced spreadsheets with a digital field experience and enabled clients to model funding scenarios and visualize data. The results for SitelogIQ included 260+ users on the system, engagement with 40-50 client organizations, and an entirely new internal tech team. The platform also unlocked a new revenue stream through its repositioning as a sellable SaaS product, transforming SitelogIQ's operations and business model.
