STS Component Solutions, a division of STS Aviation Group that supports major airlines and MROs worldwide, faced the complexity of managing global engine and airframe component services across sourcing, teardown, disposition, cost, logistics, sales and regulatory data while operating on disparate accounting and ERP systems. To modernize and integrate these processes, STS selected Component Control’s Quantum MRO & Logistics software.

Component Control implemented Quantum’s accounting module, Lot Costing and the Parts Search App to consolidate lot acquisition, teardown, sales and consignment management, incorporate compliance and auditability into routine workflows, and expose operational data for business intelligence. The solution enabled real-time, 24/7 RFQs and online parts listings, streamlined inventory and customer account management, and created a BI-driven environment that STS uses to continuously optimize productivity and responsiveness.
