Aircraft Propeller Service, founded in 1953 and one of the largest commercial propeller service centers in the Americas, serves more than 800 customers worldwide and recently expanded with a new 46,000‑square‑foot repair facility and international sites. To manage growing demand—including tracking and processing over 3,000 work orders annually—and to maintain accurate inventory and multi‑currency/multi‑tax operations across multiple locations, Aircraft Propeller Service turned to Component Control’s Quantum Control MRO & Logistics Software.

Component Control implemented Quantum Control to standardize and unify work order, inventory, production and accounting processes across APS’s sites. The solution’s flexibility and multi‑currency/multi‑price capabilities enabled rapid, consistent scaling—supporting APS’s new facilities in Illinois and Brazil and planned expansion to Malaysia—while helping the company process more than 3,000 work orders a year and stay closely engaged with customers.
