Southeast Aerospace, Inc., a Melbourne, Florida FAA/EASA Part 145 repair facility (AS9100 Rev C, ISO 9001:2008), processes nearly 10,000 work orders a year, manages about 20,000 inventory parts and more than 100,000 part records within Quantum. Facing growing data volume and stricter security, auditing and performance needs, the company worked with Component Control to upgrade its Quantum Control MRO & Logistics Software to an Oracle™-based platform.

Component Control’s Oracle upgrade for Quantum delivered increased capacity and performance, stronger data integrity, auditing, backup/disaster recovery, and the ability to feed Quantum data directly to Southeast Aerospace, Inc.’s internal systems and redesigned website. As a result, Southeast Aerospace can better manage inventory, provide accurate real-time pricing and delivery information to customers, and substantially grow online parts sales while maintaining certification and quality standards.
