AJW Technique leverages Quantum Control MRO & Logistics Software to exceed repairs of 35,000 units annually the equivalent of supporting 600 aircraft

AJW Technique, a Montréal-based component repair and overhaul center serving the AJW Aviation network of more than 1,000 airlines, needed a way to track repairs at the component level to control costs, shorten turn times, and boost productivity. To meet those challenges the company deployed Component Control’s Quantum Control MRO & Logistics Software, leveraging an aviation-specific system the AJW Group already used across its spares support operations.

Component Control implemented an integrated Quantum solution that AJW Technique embedded into virtually all processes while reconfiguring its 160,000-square-foot facility and workflows to optimize productivity. The result: the business recently passed its 10,000th repair order and projects a repair capacity of about 35,000 units annually (the equivalent of supporting 600 aircraft), helping drive down direct maintenance costs, improve efficiency and enable future expansion into helicopters, military aircraft and business jets.
