Achieving World-Class Customer Service Programs

Pilatus Business Aircraft, the North and South American completions, sales and service arm for Pilatus PC‑12 aircraft, needed a more flexible, scalable aviation-focused system to support production, parts and sales purchasing, warranty management, digital maintenance tracking, reliability programs and hourly cost maintenance for its customers. After evaluating options, Pilatus selected Component Control’s Quantum MRO & Logistics software as the platform to underpin its customer service programs.

Component Control partnered with Pilatus Business Aircraft to develop and deploy Quantum’s Aircraft Maintenance and Warranty modules, integrate service and work data, and embed the Quantum Parts Search App into Pilatus’ website for 24/7 parts search, RFQs and purchase orders. The Quantum solution enabled optional digital maintenance tracking, end-to-end tracking and traceability to birth, regulatory compliance, management of all MRO services, and expedited warranty processing that posts credits within 7 days, supporting Pilatus’ world‑class customer service.
