Australian Catholic University streamlines contractor management across major campuses with ComplyFlow since 2015

Australian Catholic University (ACU) faced a challenge with a complicated, manual system for managing contractors across its major campuses, which created poor visibility and public liability risks. To address this, ACU engaged vendor ComplyFlow to implement its contractor management platform.

ComplyFlow simplified ACU's facilities management by introducing a managed system for the entire contractor lifecycle, from invitation to review, along with document approvals and expiry notifications. The solution integrated with ACU's Access ID system, the AESC Help Desk, and purchase order systems. Later, ComplyFlow also built a custom, enhanced induction system for new contractors using site-specific information from all campuses.
