The customer, Timelog, a mid-market software company, faced the challenge of strengthening its GDPR compliance and obtaining ISAE 3000 and 3402 audit reports under a tight deadline. Their Head of People & Culture and Compliance needed an efficient way to handle customer security queries and conduct complex legal documentation like Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs) without the prohibitive cost of external lawyers. By implementing ComplyCloud, Timelog automated the creation of legal documents, including DPAs and TIAs.
