How LC Waikiki Unified B2B and B2C E-Invoicing with a One API

The Turkish fast-fashion retailer LC Waikiki faced a significant challenge in meeting Malaysia's e-invoicing mandate due to its separate systems for B2B and B2C operations. Invoices for B2B sales originated from its ERP, while B2C receipts came from a POS system that lacked the capability for structured JSON exports, creating a complex and urgent compliance problem with minimal IT flexibility. To solve this, they turned to the vendor Complyance.

Complyance implemented a dual integration framework. For B2B, they integrated the ERP using JSON exports, and for high-volume B2C transactions, they connected to the POS to automate the daily consolidation and submission of receipts. This provided a unified dashboard for full visibility. The solution resulted in full LHDN compliance for both sales channels, successfully automated the handling of daily POS data, and created a unified audit trail, saving an estimated 3 to 5 minutes per service ticket.
