Just - Evotec Biologics Streamlines Quality and Safety Processes with ComplianceQuest’s Unified EQMS Platform

Just - Evotec Biologics, a biotech focused on accelerating biologics discovery and manufacturing, needed an enterprise-level, cloud-based quality system from the start of its Seattle pre-clinical manufacturing operations to avoid slow, paper-based processes and ensure regulatory compliance. After evaluating vendors, they selected ComplianceQuest’s cloud Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS) built on the Salesforce platform for its simplicity, out-of-the-box features, and compliance expertise.

ComplianceQuest was implemented in late December 2016 and rolled out in early 2017, with modules for CAPA, Change Management, Document Management, Equipment, Nonconformance, Supplier, and Training plus a custom “Lots” module to enforce unique lot numbers. The unified EQMS gave ~135 manufacturing users tablet/laptop access to real-time SOPs, sped up administrator onboarding (the system admined within 1–2 months), improved compliance and lot-tracking, increased productivity, and helped reduce manufacturing costs.
