How ComplianceQuest Helped the Nation’s Largest Impact-Resistant Window and Door Manufacturer Prime for Future Growth

PGT Innovations, the nation’s largest impact‑resistant window and door manufacturer, had outgrown a fragmented quality environment built on Microsoft Word, Excel and homegrown SQL databases and needed a single standardized system to support scalability, safety, and compliance. In 2019 PGT selected ComplianceQuest’s cloud‑based QHSE (enterprise quality and safety management) solution, built on the Salesforce platform, to replace manual processes and disparate applications.

ComplianceQuest implemented a phased rollout—starting with Incident, Document, and Training Management, then Nonconformance and CAPA—customizing the platform to mirror PGT’s SOPs and licensing it across supply chain, engineering, finance and customer service.
