How ComplianceQuest Helped Griffin Dewatering Reduce Risk Ensuring Occupational Safety

Griffin Dewatering, a national dewatering and water treatment company founded in 1934 with offices in eight states, faced unsustainable manual, paper-based health and safety processes that lacked accountability, real-time data, and integration with their Salesforce-based operations. To address this, Griffin selected ComplianceQuest’s enterprise QHSE solution—natively built on Salesforce—and in June 2017 purchased a company-wide site license for the health and safety, risk management, and scheduling modules.

ComplianceQuest replaced paper forms with a cloud-based, mobile QHSE platform and custom scheduling and training apps that centralized safety data and enabled real-time visibility, accountability, and reporting. The implementation drove measurable safety improvements: TRIR fell from 2.89 (2016) to 0 (2020), DART from 2.41 to 0, VAR from 11 to 5, and Griffin achieved zero incident rates by 2020, reducing risk and improving operational productivity.
