Gulf, a global designer and manufacturer of precision-engineered rubber and plastic products, was operating on a paper- and premises-based quality management system built from disparate tools (Access, SharePoint, Excel, email) and needed a scalable, remote-capable EQMS. In 2021 Gulf selected ComplianceQuest’s next‑generation, Salesforce-native cloud EQMS (including Document Control, Inspection Management, Nonconformance, and CAPA modules) to centralize and modernize its quality systems.

ComplianceQuest implemented a fully automated, configurable cloud EQMS that migrated over 450 control documents and 600 inspection criteria, enabled 24/7 remote access, and streamlined inspections with attribute-based sampling plans and certificates of conformance.
