Competitive Capabilities International implemented its TRACC-powered Supply Chain Excellence program, which began with a maturity assessment and focused on building centers of excellence and standardizing processes. This solution enabled Distell to achieve incredible results, including $174 million in supply chain savings, a 10% increase in on-time-in-full deliveries, and a 45% decrease in customer complaints over five years.
