Citrus.ua - Customer Case Study

Citrus.ua is a Ukrainian gadgets and accessories retailer with 50 physical stores, an online store (citrus.ua), service centers and rental locations. Facing limited coverage and human error from manual competitor price checks, Citrus.ua set a goal to grow online revenue through competitive, data-driven repricing and needed automated competitive price collection and analysis. To solve this they selected Competera’s autonomous pricing platform to collect, clean and feed competitor prices and promotions into their analytics stack.

Competera was integrated with Google Analytics, OWOX/BigQuery, Google Apps Script and BI tools so Citrus.ua could ingest daily competitor price data, run SQL analyses and trigger manager notifications for pricing actions. The implementation expanded the scannable product database, eliminated sampling limits for real‑time behavior analysis, automated price‑change alerts, and produced reports (e.g., impact of promotions and price deviation on conversion) that enable repricing to boost conversion, revenue, turnover and margin. Competera’s data feed is now central to Citrus.ua’s pricing decisions, with quantitative performance indicators to be published as more aggregated results become available.
