VHV Group, one of Germany’s largest property and life insurers, needed to modernize output management and centralize the dispatch of correspondence from multiple applications into a single “print pool.” Working with Compart, the company chose DocBridge Pilot as the underlying platform to handle both physical and electronic channels and to support a wide range of document formats.

Compart implemented a central, automated output hub that converts, bundles, tracks, and routes documents according to defined rules, including postage optimization, attachment handling, logo selection, color management, and e-mail/E-post delivery. The result was a highly stable, flexible system that improved document tracking with unique 18-digit IDs, produced detailed production statistics, and enabled VHV Group to process large volumes reliably across departments, with the goal of eventually routing all documents through the print pool.
