Talanx, Germany’s third-largest insurer, needed to modernize its document and output management as customer communication shifted across print, email, portals, and other digital channels. To reduce decentralized printing, improve transparency, and ensure compliance across local departments, the company turned to Compart and its DocBridge® suite, including DocBridge® Pilot and DocBridge® FileCab.

Compart implemented a centralized output management approach that embeds local Office documents into the central dispatch workflow, with automated quality checks, postage optimization, bundling, and electronic franking. The results included about €1 million in savings within two years of go-live, with a further €500,000 in postage savings expected, plus lower paper and toner usage, fewer department printers, and significantly higher process reliability and compliance.
